Francis started his career over 10 years ago as an embedded Software Engineer in the field of automotive, robotics and computer vision. Later on, he moved toward the gaming industry with a first stop at Electronic Arts. At EA, he helped ship games on the Wii as a system engineer and then moved on at Autodesk to work on a live link between authoring tools and engines running live on consoles. He then started to flirt with Unity and falled in love with it and made the leap to become and indie developer and part time CS teacher. Now, he's a Field Engineer at Unity and is helping many other game developers to succeed.
